Mateo’s programming is so dang good. I havent had another instructor give cues on form during running portions of class. Mateo consistently reminds us of our form on the tread. Very appreciated?

This class was challenging, but beginner friendly! Im very sore the day after. Love maddie’s music. Please add more 4:45 tread’s to the schedule!!!

Stef was amazing! Many instructors neglect arms… but not stef! Love how she incorporated arms into almost every song! Only negative about the studio- the yoga blocks were SO SMELLY! Like dirty feet
