Enjoyed the class. Coco has a very calming presence. I found some positions difficult because we did quite a few balance poses and it was still early for me! Lol. Would maybe suggest that she help us correct our form since i saw someone in class struggling a bit and noticed person’s foot placement was a bit off.

Class was challenging and invigorating, and the environment is very welcoming and inclusive. I really like that they focus on the breathing here. I would like to say that I’ve noticed that they typically start a little late and end a little late so you may want to keep that in mind if you’re on a schedule.
