What to expect
- We recommend wearing comfortable, athletic clothing and bringing a water bottle. If you have indoor cycling shoes, bring those as well.
- For the best ride, we absolutely recommend you wear designated indoor cycling shoes with cleats that are SPD or Look Delta compatible. Don’t have any? You can borrow some at the front desk! If you prefer to wear tennis shoes, we have baskets we can attach to the pedals.
