While the entire body is fair game, the primary focus of this fun group fitness class is, of course, the core. But let us warn you now- there’s a lot more to this part of the body than many people realize. The core includes the following muscle groups: Obliques Abdominals Hip flexors Lower back Pelvic floor Glutes IT INCLUDES THE MANY FUNCTIONAL MUSCLES THAT SUPPORT AND SURROUND THE SPINE. A STRONG CORE IS THE KEY TO OUR STRENGTH, STABILITY, AND RANGE OF MOTION AROUND OUR BODY’S CENTER.
