In this one-of-a-kind mat-based class, you will combine high repetitions of different exercises and dynamic cardio bursts to torch fat and burn your muscles to failure so they recover even stronger. In our infrared heated Large Studio, you will move to the beat of the music with exercises using bodyweight, hand weights and/or ankle weights to ramp up the intensity of your workout. Always mindful of form over tempo, your movements will be deep and intentional to maximize the sculpting of lean muscle. Class length: 50 minutes. Want more? Check out one of our 60 minute Burns.
