Gentle Stretch & Sound Bath

This class is designed for all levels and all bodies with the focus on de-stressing the mind and body. It is a slow, relaxing and meditative session with deep breathing, restorative gentle movement and mindful stretches. Students are either seated or laying down for its entirety. The final 15-20 minutes are spent resetting the nervous system with a soft and soothing sound bath consisting of sound bowls and sounds of nature. Come reset on your mat with us.
