Fusing principles of Pilates, Yoga, Ballet and Core strengthening exercises, this class achieves maximum results.

We use small hand weights, a ballet barre, mat, and ball to help you burn fat and lose inches.

Our encouraging instructors focus on proper alignment and form to help each client, no matter their fitness level, to look and feel their best.
