In this workshop, we will review the Meridian system and practice powerful healing techniques, sound purification, Meridian tapping, arm pathway stretches, and the official YT sequence. YT can help you go deeper into your yogic practice. Through awareness, we can bring change to the mind, body, and spirit of self and others. No experience necessary.  Cost is $25.
