Beyond XTEND’s signature low-impact, cardio-infused Barre class, we offer a variety of programs that strengthen, lengthen and chisel your body to deliver fast, real results. From high intensity interval training to Pilates classes, our clients enjoy mixing up their workout routines to achieve their desired goals. What to Expect
  • Arrive 10 minutes early.
  • Grip socks are required. You can bring your own or we have some for purchase. Tennis shoes required for SWEAT ONLY.
  • Bring a towel and water bottle.
  • Let your instructor know if you have any injuries or are pregnant. They are happy to help with modifications throughout class!
