Tread Fitness



TREAD Fitness is located on Lemmon Ave. (between the Tollway and Inwood) on the north side of the street across from Service King and diagonal to University Park Audi. They offer several class types, from the traditional Tread class that will be 60-minutes of 10-15 minute treadmill intervals with strength and toning exercises interspersed to their newest class type, FXT, a 45-minute functional cross-training class that combines TRX, cardio and weight training exercises. Their motto is FAST RESULTS and you will absolutely get them with Tread!

What to Expect
  • Wear athletic clothes that fit close to the body. Loose clothing can get in the way of equipment.
  • Crosstraining shoes work best for this studio with a variation of running, jumping & weights involved in every class.
  • Clean towels are provided for use during class.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to ensure you're properly introduced to the specialty equipment.
  • Make sure to bring water (and a towel if you're sweaty!)
