The Bar Method is a 60 minute full-body workout that combines sustained, intense moments of muscle activation followed by stretches. It was created under the guidance of physical therapists and unlike other barre workouts, instructors undergo a lengthy and rigorous training that includes lessons of anatomy and hands-on adjustments. Over time and with consistency, students sculpt lean muscle, improve posture, gain flexibility, grace and poise that carries over into every day life. Bar Southlake is co-owned by sister duo Erin & Nicole Bulcher and they are excited to invite you in to a growing and thriving community! For your first class: wear capris or leggings below the knee, have socks that cover your toes (can also purchase at the studio), and bring a water bottle!
