The Bar Method is a challenging, full-body workout that will reshape your entire body. Located off of Preston Road, they help sculpt your body, strengthen your mind, and enhance your life through an incredibly fun, targeted, and effective class. With consistent practice, all clients begin to see the signature long, lean, sculpted muscles! While most of their class formats are one hour, they also offer a Bar Express class throughout the week, which is 45-minutes, when you’re pressed for time. They have convenient parking right out in front, and can’t wait for you to begin classes with their friendly expertly-trained instructors. Classes are high intensity and non-impact, and can be customized for specific injuries or limitations.
**First-timers, arrive at least 10 minutes early so they can get you properly situated with everything in their studio, as well as meet the instructor and go over any customization if needed. They cannot let first-time students into class if it has already begun.
