What to Expect
  • Each class is full of all skill levles. Newcomers welcome.
  • Easy parking in front of the studio.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to ensure you're properly introduced to the specialty equipment.
  • Stay hydrated! Bring a water bottle.
  • Leggings or long athletic shorts over compression shorts work best for class.
