DFW Tri Club coaches athletes and couch potatoes of all levels and abilities. Their workouts are designed to be inclusive and no, you won’t be holding anybody back! They are committed to creating a community for you to enjoy your health and fitness while getting RESULTS! Enjoy Open Water Swims, Guided Bike Rides and Track Runs. For the bike workout: bring your own bike and helmet! Bike shoes are recommended but not required. For the swim, bring your own goggles and towel.
