At Crowbar Cardio, their goal is to provide you with a high-intensity, low-impact workout that changes your body without hurting it. Indoor Rowing, Indoor Cycling, and Barre classes are at the heart of our schedule with circuit and hybrid classes rounding it out. Bring water. Towels are provided. For all Barre and Row & Flow (yoga) classes: Please bring grippy socks and a yoga mat if you have one. For cycling classes: Wear either athletic shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips.
