Classes are done on state of the art Megaformer™ beds and have been developed based on the Lagree Fitness method. The 50-minute classes are meant to be full-body conditioning to help you burn fat, improve endurance, jump-start your metabolism, tighten and tone. The Core Physique classes are a blend of Pilates, cardio and strength training. ***Sarah Dorak was the first to bring San Antonio the Lagree method in 2013.
