Core Physique

Classes are done on state of the art Megaformerâ„¢ beds and have been developed based on the Lagree Fitness method. The 50-minute classes are meant to be full-body conditioning to help you burn fat, improve endurance, jump-start your metabolism, tighten and tone. The Core Physique classes are a blend of Pilates, cardio and strength training. ***Sarah Dorak was the first to bring San Antonio the Lagree method in 2013. With over 10 years of experience starting in LA and now in San Antonio her megaformer workouts will never cease to challenge you! Core Physique's 55 minute workouts are set to high energy music and are sure to get your heart racing while toning and strenghtening your entire body. Sarah and her trainers will help you every step of the way and offer both beginner and advanced classes.
