Surf inspired fitness! City Surf’s full-body 50-minute workouts are designed to tone your body, burn between 450 and 600 calories, strengthen your core, and improve your level of fitness by combining functional movements, and high intensity and stability training techniques.
Their classes host 10 clients ensuring one-on-one attention from trainers, and feature stability surfboards designed to increase your core strength and dynamic balance. You will move between body weight, kettlebell, resistance band, and dumbbell exercises both on the board and on the floor.
Each class emphasizes a specific goal - cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular endurance, and functional/stabilization core strength - with the intention of developing a strong, lean, and toned body.
LOCATION AND PARKING:
The entrance to the studio is located on Lunsford Road, four doors down from Del Frisco’s Grille in between Quality Tailor and Legacy Cleaners. There is limited parking out front and a full parking garage behind the studio.
