Burn Dallas offers high-intensity group exercise classes that will leave you feeling THE BURN (hence the name) after each class. They offer HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes with the option to wear a heart rate monitor to help motivate and push you further during class. Each interval and class is designed for all skill levels that give you the ability to go at your own pace to reach whatever your fitness goals! Grab a friend and go get your BURN on! #burndallas

What to Expect
  • Stay hydrated! Bring a water bottle.
  • Some classes are taught by Former St. Louis Rams NFL Star Running Back David Thompson
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to ensure you're properly introduced to the instructor and specialty equipment.
  • Heart rate monitors are available for purchase or rental during class, but they are optional.
  • Wear indoor athletic clothes & clothing that fit close to the body. Loose clothing can get in the way of equipment.
  • Parking is free and easy to park and come in an workout. No validation necessary.
