Burn Dallas offers high-intensity group exercise classes that will leave you feeling THE BURN (hints the name) after each class. They offer HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes with the option to wear a heart rate monitor to help motivate and push you further during class. Each interval is designed for all skill levels and you have the ability to go at your own pace to reach whatever your fitness goals! Grab a friend and go get your Burn on!

What to Expect
  • Stay hydrated! Bring a water bottle.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to ensure you're properly introduced to the specialty equipment.
  • Clean towels are provided for use during class.
  • Heart rate monitors are available to wear during class, but they are optional.
  • Wear athletic clothes that fit close to the body. Loose clothing can get in the way of equipment.
  • Crosstraining shoes work best for this studio with a variation of running, jumping & weights involved in every class.
  • Parking can be tough during hours where surrounding businesses are busy. Typically after 4pm. Plan accordingly.
