Opened in early 2016, BODYBAR FITNESS Southlake offers effective Pilates-inspired workouts designed to push you physically and mentally. Transformational classes incorporate resistance and cardio drills to give you a full-body workout. BODYBAR offers a variety of class formats so Athletes can keep it fresh and challenge their bodies every day. Be sure to wear your grip socks (also available for purchase in store)!

What to Expect
  • Wear athletic clothes that fit close to the body. Loose clothing can get in the way of equipment.
  • Make sure to bring water (and a towel if you're sweaty!)
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to ensure you're properly introduced to the specialty equipment.
  • Grip socks are required for class.
  • Grip socks are available to purchase.
